Mallillin returns to the Senate race under Partido Pederal ng Maharlika, campaigning on her previous campaign slogan “EMILY” or Edukasyon, Maayos na pamahalaan, Ina ng bayan, Lunasan ang kahirapan, Yaman ng bansa ay alagaan.
She is also running on her long-time advocacy of shifting the system of government to federalism. In 2019, Malilin said she supported reinstating the death penalty for plunder and the prohibition of mining nationwide.

- Ensure care and protection of mineral and natural resources at all regions and provinces
